When a visitor enters a name, location, or other term into a search box, that query is sent to the third-party company operating the tool. DeKalb County Released Inmates does not store or log those search words on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and handling of the query.

If you send an email or submit a contact message, we keep the message and contact details as needed to review and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
